A monolithic concrete structure does not have to be a DOME shape. Although
the Dome shape is the stongest and best suited for weather and disaster survival, as well being more energy efficient. A dome
is superior to other designs, in that a sphere has the least amount of sun striking its exterior surface, less than any other
type of structure.
Loxahatchee Construction Project
Due to a divorce this structure was never completed. The new property owners
chose to take it down. The only method found to demolish this structure was the use of concrete saws to cut it down
piece by piece.

Dimensions of this stucture were 24' X 60', featuring a second story master bedroom
accessed with a spiral staircase and included a small lavatory. The first floor was to have 2 bedrooms on one end opening
into an open floor plan with the kitchen occupying the south wall. A bathroom separating the kitchen and the bedrooms. A
second floor deck extending around one end to the other was to also be installed. This structure was to be earth bermed, using
fill dredged from a created pond that was to become a future swimming pool.
